Welcome to MB Wedding Studio. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

  1. Services Provided

    MB Wedding Studio offers wedding planning and production services tailored to each client’s vision. Services include but are not limited to: venue scouting, vendor management, styling, coordination, and day-of execution.

  2. Client Responsibilities

    Clients are expected to provide timely communication, confirm key decisions within set deadlines, and make payments as outlined in the agreed proposal or contract.

  3. Payments & Cancellations

    All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your personalized service agreement. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.

  4. Force Majeure

    MB Wedding Studio is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.). We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or adjust services as needed.

  5. Intellectual Property

    All designs, documents, and visual materials provided by MB Wedding Studio remain the intellectual property of the studio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  6. Liability Disclaimer

    We act as intermediaries between our clients and third-party vendors. MB Wedding Studio is not responsible for vendor performance or outcomes beyond our control.

  7. Modifications

    We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website update. 

  8. Payments & Cancellations                                                                                                                                                                       Payment terms, including amounts and deadlines, will be clearly outlined in the official service agreement and will become effective once the contract is signed by both parties. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the signed contract. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and scope of the cancellation.
